Update

Database migration complete, API and Dashboard are now available. Data availability continues to be delayed as we work through the backlog created by this issue.

We have identified an issue with a database server and are migrating to a new instance, dashboard and API may be unavailable for a short time.

Our data processing infrastructure is running behind. Processing is currently catching up to realtime and we are continuing to monitor the situation.
