Monitoring

We identified the problem as stemming from two problematic chunk servers at our origin. Those servers have been replaced and the media delivery error-rate has returned to normal. We are continuing to monitor the service.

Investigating

We are currently investigating intermittent media delivery errors from one of our Mux Video origins.
