This incident has been resolved. Live streams on the single affected pod in our EU region were impacted between 14:18 UTC - 14:55 UTC.

Error rates on the affected pod in the EU region have returned to baseline, there is currently no customer impact; we continue monitoring.

We are currently investigating an issue with a small subset of live streams in our EU region, causing playback failures on affected streams.
