Monitoring

We have implemented a fix for the issues that have been occurring, and are monitoring the results. There are possibly still some HLS segments that are cached incorrectly, but these will be resolved shortly.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing an issue with Mux Video. In some rare cases, some HLS chunks are not being created correctly for a small number of assets and live streams. This can manifest itself in various ways, including:
- Playback stalling at an arbitrary point in time
- MP4 renditions being created that are truncated or that error unexpectedly during creation
This occurs for a small number of assets and live streams, and we are actively investigating this issue.
