Resolved

At approximately 14:30 UTC on April 17, 2023, a subset of connections to our RTMP edge endpoints behind global-live.mux.com and live.mux.com began experiencing TCP handshake errors. This may have prevented publishing new livestreams or reconnecting to existing ones.

At around 15:25 UTC on April 17, 2023, the issues were resolved and services returned to normal capacity. We are continuing to monitor and investigate the root cause.
