The Mux Engineering team is performing preventative maintenance on the Mux Dashboard and API database that is expected to have a minor public API impact for a brief period. The expected impact to customers includes the following:
- New account creation, access token creation, environment creation, and user invitations will be unavailable - Modifications to existing accounts, environments, and users will be unavailable
We expect the impact to last up to 30 minutes during the maintenance window.
We do NOT expect an impact to Mux Video asset creation, live streaming, or playback. Additionally, Mux Data beacon collection, metrics queries and dashboards should be unaffected.
