We have identified an issue affecting Mux Data historical metrics from 2019-12-08 09:30:00 UTC to 2019-12-10 13:55:00 UTC resulting in video views being under-reported by up to 30% for some customers. We are currently investigating options to repair the incomplete data. Please note that this issue did not impact Realtime metrics during this time period.
