We've resolved the underlying problems. Starting around 20:30 UTC today, error details will be properly set for new errors. Until then, error details will not be available for video views during the incident window. We will continue to monitor.

We are currently experiencing an incident causing error details to not be set accurately. Overall error rates are working, but the breakdown of error details is currently unavailable. We are actively working on a resolution.
