From 2025-12-05 00:07:00 UTC to 2025-12-05 00:36:00 UTC, several Mux Data servers experienced degraded connectivity. This resulted in monitoring dashboards being unable to load, beacon ingestion to slow slightly, and in some instances a small number of missing views at 00:08:50 UTC and 00:35:35 UTC

Update

We are continuing to investigate the cause of this issue. Customers should now see improved latency in loading the monitoring dashboard. We are assessing potential impact to our collection pipeline.

Beginning 00:07 UTC, we are seeing the monitoring page take a very long time to load and are investigating
