Issue with some Static Rendition and Master Access MP4s

A fix has been implement for previously-erroring MP4 URLs, and all URLs for Static Renditions and Master Access MP4s should work.

Update

We have addressed the majority of the MP4 URLs that were affected, and are continuing to work through the rest. If you need access to the static renditions or master access MP4s, you can remove them and re-add them via these APIs in the meantime:

Newly created Static Renditions and Master Access MP4s are working as expected.

Identified

We have identified the issue, and implemented a fix for newly-created MP4s. We are working on fixing any MP4 URLs that are still erroring.

Investigating

We are investigating reports that some static renditions and master access MP4 URLs are currently not working, returning 404s or potentially other status codes. We will provide updates as we investigate.

All HLS streaming continues to work without issue.
