From 18:54 UTC to 18:56 UTC Mux Data experienced a partial data collection outage for a subset of customers. Not all customers were affected, and not all data was lost during this time.

You may have experienced a sudden drop in CCV within the real-time dashboard, and potentially rise in Exits Before Video Start (as beacons were not able to be collected properly). The issue was resolved as of 18:56 UTC. You may have seen the CCV count in the real-time dashboard artificially lower for a little while longer, but should be correct now.
