From 6:43PM to 7:40PM PST we experienced a major outage of our video API system due to a network failure in our cloud infrastructure provider. The provider was able to mitigate the issue, and our system is now operating at full capacity.

Out cloud provider has indicated that mitigation is underway. Our systems are now reporting healthy and we are monitoring the issue.
